We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to ensure customers are satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.
Please send us an email at hi@ornamentalgoods.com. Please include order number, the item(s), and reason(s) for return. We will respond to return requests in 48 hours or less.
If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
